A Farmers Market Dinner!!!

Thanks to the farmers market of Culpeper for a bountiful feast!
This meal included grilled corn, grilled peaches, a grilled pepper, and a roma tomato. (Basil came from my own garden!)   

Pork was raised by Pleasant Hill Farm
Peaches and corn by Piedmont Growers 
Tomato by Sunshine Acres

Dinner for the tonight!

Tonight I had charcoal grilled Mergeza lamb sausage with basmati rice, grilled tomatoes, and grilled onions. The rice and vegetables had sumac and a splash of lemon juice on them! I grilled the sausage over hickory chips, which gave the meat a nice smokey taste!
