Dinner for the tonight!

Tonight I had charcoal grilled Mergeza lamb sausage with basmati rice, grilled tomatoes, and grilled onions. The rice and vegetables had sumac and a splash of lemon juice on them! I grilled the sausage over hickory chips, which gave the meat a nice smokey taste!

  2. Sushi Sundae....sumac is a middle eastern herb that is used as a bittering agent. This gives the rice a slight lemon favor!
